About Kalcevic Outfitting

We are a small family owned business that has roots in agriculture dating back to the late 1800s. The owners,  Larry and Jamie Kalcevic, started Kalcevic Outfitting in 2018. Our goal is to put forth quality hunts while managing the deer and pronghorn herds on our land and neighboring leases. We use our agricultural practices to provide our bucks quality resources year round.  By staying on the ranch year round,  we are able to learn our individuals and grow them to maturity. It has been a dream of mine for over twenty years to run hunts on world class game with my family by my side.

I started hunting at age ten because that was as early as my parents would allow me. I fell in love with mule deer and pronghorn hunting at twelve.  Our family land was leased by a private outfit that harvested only deer,  but the ones they killed were massive. I began working as a guide for this outfitter in 2012 and found my niche. My specialty is getting guys close to their target using spot and stalk tactics. My knowledge of the land comes from the summers and falls I spend farming and running livestock. I know what animals need to excell because of my bachelor of science in fish,  wildlife, and conservation biology.  By putting wildlife into my management plans, I am able to sustain these game species at a hutable level.
